I always recommend using Katafract. I included two LORAs. They both work pretty well. The one named "standard" is a little more flexible. Take a look at my prompts to get similar quality levels. You might have to use Age Slider because the models usually make her look older. It has a hard time with hands. Use a hand detailer.
