The Opportunity

You will be responsible for creating strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our vision, crafting compelling content, managing our digital marketing efforts, and providing astute market research. Your leadership will help drive our success and expand our impact.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategies: Develop, execute, and manage strategic marketing plans based on robust market research and competitive analysis.
- Brand Management: Reinforce our brand identity and ensure all marketing efforts align with Civitai's core values and messaging.
- Content Development: Develop engaging content strategies across various platforms, including blog posts, press releases, and social media content.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing endeavors, which include website management, social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, and online advertising.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a marketing role.
- Experience with startups a must
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, with experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a keen eye for detail.

- $106K - $140K annually, based on experience.
- Fully remote position.
