Gentle waves roll across the surface, reflecting faint light from a close duo of distant suns, one dark red, the other smaller and orange. The camera begins above the water, gliding just above the surface, then slowly descends and dives into the water. As it passes through the waterline, sound softens and deepens, bubbles rising past the lens. Below the surface, the world transforms. Vast coral-like structures rise from the seabed, their forms organic yet unfamiliar, branching in spirals and plates of translucent color. One large creature drifts through the water: a colored squid-jellyfish alien combining fins like flowing fabric, segmented bodies with soft bioluminescent markings, and elongated heads with multiple reflective eyes. The camera continues its smooth descent, following the slow-swimming creature.
