A photorealistic, ultra-detailed scene of an apple tree branch in natural daylight, filled with around a dozen green apples that are nearly ripe, their surfaces slightly glossy with subtle variations in color from pale green to hints of yellow. The leaves are lush, textured, and gently curling at the edges, showing tiny veins and minor imperfections like small holes or browning tips. Soft sunlight filters through the foliage, casting realistic dappled shadows and highlights across the apples and leaves. Among the fruit, one object stands out upon closer inspection: a perfectly round grenade, seamlessly integrated in size and position with the apples, hanging naturally from the branch by its metal pin loop instead of a stem. The grenade has a matte, slightly worn surface with fine scratches and realistic metal reflections, contrasting subtly with the organic textures around it. The background is softly blurred with a shallow depth of field, emphasizing the branch and its unusual detail.
