pulpfantasycovermale Caption: This original fantasy-adventure cover painting centers on a clearly adult 21-year-old man in a jungle ruin dominated by a giant stone idol, holding a brass lantern and looking toward the mystery, a second adult male companion in the deeper background. Saturated colors, dramatic rim light and bold brushwork give it the bold scale of a vintage paperback cover, with an empty title block at the top. Every man shown is an adult aged 21 to 24 with adult proportions, a clean-shaven face and a slim build.
