pulpfantasycovermale Caption: This original fantasy-adventure cover painting centers on a clearly adult 23-year-old sky pirate at the wheel of a flying ship, coat whipping in the wind, a storm and a sea serpent behind him. Saturated colors, dramatic rim light and bold brushwork give it the bold scale of a vintage paperback cover, with an empty title block at the top. Every man shown is an adult aged 21 to 24 with adult proportions, a clean-shaven face and a slim build.
