Create a 1990s-inspired artwork titled 'Posterior Prophecy.' The piece should evoke a sense of futuristic mysticism, blending cyberpunk elements with retro aesthetics. Imagine neon-lit cityscapes with bold, angular designs, VHS glitch effects, and vibrant, saturated colors. Incorporate elements like geometric shapes, digital grids, and abstract figures or symbols representing the concept of prophecy or foresight. The overall mood should be mysterious and slightly dystopian, with a blend of organic and digital imagery that captures the essence of a 90s vision of the future.
