Flat colour anime style image showing an athletic adult woman dressed in a sleek black and dark grey jumpsuit, with a utility belt around her waist, armed with an arsenal of vampire-hunting gadgets. Her short, spiky hair should be a deep, rich brown color, and her piercing emerald green eyes should gleam with a fierce determination. She should be posed in a dynamic, action-packed stance, with one leg bent and the other extended behind her, as if ready to pounce on her next target. In the background, depict a dark, gothic cityscape at dusk, with crumbling stone buildings, twisted ironwork, and flickering gas lamps casting eerie shadows. The sky should be a deep, foreboding crimson, with the moon hanging low in the sky like a silver scythe. Style the illustration in a mix of traditional anime and Western comic book styles, with bold lines, vibrant colors, and dramatic shading. Incorporate subtle texture and pattern details, such as the intricate embroidery on her jumpsuit or the worn, weathered stone of the city buildings. Atmosphere should be tense and foreboding, with a sense of impending danger lurking in every shadow. The overall mood should be dark, gritty, and intense, with a hint of supernatural mystery and intrigue.
