A cute, pudgy chibi ghost with tiny, iridescent nubs for horns floats playfully in a dark, ethereal space, its translucent form gently shifting. It is caught mid-action, happily clutching its own small, boot-like feet with a wide, joyful laugh that crinkles its eyes. Thick, swirling tendrils of velvety black smoke billow around and beneath it, coiling and dissolving into the gloom. The ghost, its horns, and the edges of the smoke are exquisitely illuminated with soft, luminous light blue highlights, creating an otherworldly glow. The entire scene is rendered in a distinct impasto art style, showcasing prominently visible, sculpted brushstrokes that give a tangible texture to every element, from the ghost's form to the swirling smoke and the subtle background. The lighting is soft and atmospheric, emphasizing the interplay of light and shadow on the thick paint layers, with the light blue highlights providing the sole source of vibrant color against a muted, deep background.
