A majestic painting of a whimsical, surreal fountain in a fantastical setting, captured with the dreamlike quality reminiscent of Hayao Miyazaki's films. Paint the fountain as a Very tall, Multitiered, Elaborate and ornate structure, its architecture blending medieval, Art Nouveau, and Gothic styles, adorned with lush greenery, vines, and exotic flowers. Dramatic lighting should illuminate the intricate details of the fountain, highlighting its grandeur. The atmosphere should be one of mystique and enchantment, as if the subject has been imbued with a magical essence. The painting should have an Epic composition, drawing the viewer's eye upwards towards the sky or to the horizon. The use of Close up and Wide angle perspectives will enhance the sense of wonder and awe. To capture the grandeur of this fantastical setting, employ a Low angle view from the base of the fountain, looking up towards its apex, which will create a sense of drama and might. The color balance should be set to Vivid tones, emphasizing bright blues, greens, and golds to evoke an atmosphere of wonder and enchantment. Consider adding reflections in the water or on polished surfaces to add depth and emphasis to the subject.
