Teremene Race spotlight - The Yannin

The fourth of Terem’s sentient peoples, and arguably the strangest. Though they appear humanoid, it is only out of social courtesy. If they desired, they could adopt a much more monstrous form. The Yannin are, in their natural state, a type of shapeshifter. They are capable of shifting their bones, skin, and organs into different shapes, allowing them to adapt and conform to a variety of conditions. The Yannin have made their homes in a variety of environments, from the fiery plains of Kradol to the verdant swampland of Siripantos. The only weakness they seem to possess is to the cold, making the frozen tundra of Vantadora the least likely place to encounter a Yannin. But of course, as with the chances of a Gaula attack, the chances may be low, but never zero.
