If you mean pure gore, not to my knowledge, no. If you mean porn gore, there are a few that can do it, like SXD. Check out this category

gore as in violence/harm is against TOS

You can try checking the SD Goldmine (Google it. Dont have access to link atm). You may or may not find it there.
