Any restrictions for commercial use

I was looking around the ToS and some of the contents provided at civitai and was wondering are there any specific conditions or restrictions of using the images that I've downloaded for commercial use? (eg. Do I need to sign an independent agreement to either the creator or civitai.com?)

I would love to know if anyone can provide the details or if there is a site where I can review.

It's dependent on the creator, not the site itself.

some creator gives permission for commercial use and some don't.
