Cachexia4-half model?

I've seen the model "Cachexia4-half" used in posts such as this one, and despite my rather excellent web searching skills, I cannot for the life of me find the source model. Anybody have any idea where I could get that?

It could be that redditor's personal merge that they haven't released. All i could find with a search are links to the same user. I guess you could ask them about it.
