Please add ability to upload models from links (like Google Drive, or HF)

I have a very slow Internet upload speed, and this limits me in the uploading of models, because LORA size of 30mb will be loaded about an hour, or even break the connection :(

As a test I tried putting the URL to a .safetensors model in the upload field, but I got this error when I tried to upload it:

Often windows will allow you to use a URL in place of a file path but it seems this does not work with how the upload is implemented.
