Hi, if you're talking about hiding images on your own LoRA / models etc previews, you just need to remove images from there.
If you're talking about hiding other peoples images, that has no metadata (parameters), right now there is no way to do it. But you can request any feature here:

That's a feature which isn't available just yet, but as TroubleDarkness said, we'll look at adding it if you submit a feature request. Personally, I'm on board with the idea, so I'll put in a good word!
