How to create models

Hello, I want to create a custom model but I do not know how to do it, some time ago I had a google colab and create a ckpt model that is very good, but now I wanted to create another but that google colab no longer works, then I was looking for another but I have not found one, I saw that there are satefensors models but I do not know how they are created, Could anyone guide me a little please?
