what if i miscategorise a model?

so i have had a read of the ToS but there is nothing specific about categorising of models, though there is parts about misrepresentation and misleading etc. so im trying to fathom the key difference in character over celebrity, as if i use images specifically from a film for the character but that character is played by a person, then am i using a real person or does that fall to character? where is the line? do aliases count as characters rather than people? stage names over real names. etc etc. im just trying to get a clear image in my head on this as i dislike things being removed, so i have to reassess and re do them differently.
