My model has been uploaded by someone else. How can I report it?

Is that a model for ants?

The version on LibLib was uploaded after it was uploaded on Civit, so it's questionable to use that as proof of belonging to a different user. The file hashes do match however.

Civitai doesn't seem to care about this. I reflected similar incidents in the group, but they just said the other sites were dirty, but I shouldn't "promote" them in that way either.
