How do you use poses? (usable for automatic1111 or aditional software? folder to put them in?)

I saw a bunch of interessting pose uploads here but haven't found a way to use them.

Is it even possible to use them in automatic1111, do i need an extension for automatic1111 or do i need an additional software?

If a moderator reads this, can we get an update on the "How to use models" site for poses?

You need the controlnet extension to use them. There are some guides on how to use it, like this one:
