Add feature on image details, the plus sign to add more keywords is OFF

when you upload an image it adds keywords on the bottom, BUT the plus sign to add more keywords is now OFF, i would really like it to bring that back as i think some keywords dont fit, like for example Genre issues, sometimes it will mistake short hair and add "male", i think this is a cool feature apart from the obvious up and down arrows to better suit the keyword, but still sometimes i want to tag clothing, footwear, etc, but it doesnt recognize it
