Hi!

We have an automated system which flags potentially ToS breaking images for human review. They'll be examined, and approved if they're allowable on the site. If not, they'll be removed. Images in review - with the little triangle in the top right - are only visible to moderators and the uploader until a determination has been made. The review queue is usually cleared out within 12 hours.
