There are many different methods people use. You can use ControlNet, Deforum, Temporal-kit, (probably others I can't think of) there are many ways people do it and not all are the same. Check out "What The AI" on YT as they have many tutorials using tiktok videos as examples. Their most recent video 3 weeks ago is using TemporalNet for ControlNet.
