uploads, not coming thru, or is it my profile ???

when i upload an image i can tag and everything but it does not publish the image post, is it a temp maintanance thing or is my user profile banned or something ???

I have been experiencing the same issue. When I upload an image, I am able to tag and do everything else, but the "Publish" button remains disabled.
