You are unlikely to get someone to do it for you through the question corner. You can directly commission them from quite a few creators but at that point you could probably make it yourself for cheaper - there are multiple good guides out there.
And honestly from the look of things - just choose the right checkpoint, one of the anime checkpoints should work, and prompt for clothing, hairstyle and hair color. They barely have any design so that get's you 95% of the way there (no offense)
