Can I make lora from Instagram models?

Instagram models who Instagram models that do not have private pages, They may not be famous models and may not have many followers.Can I make lora from their photos, is it legal?

Not sure of the legality of this but I would presume that if the images are posted publicly without restriction then you can make it. Obviously if the model was to complain that you used their materials without permission, you would have to at the very least remove the model from the site.
