How to Unhide Hidden Content

I accidentally hid some content and I'm not sure how to view it again. I know there's a 'Hidden Models' option at the middle of the account menu, but nothing shows up when I click on it. However, when I search, it keeps showing that there is hidden content, but I can't see it.

Specific hidden models appear under that hidden models page, perhaps you've instead hidden the author which is under account settings -> hidden users.
