Upload images to profile (think I'm missing something here)...

Hello all, I'm wondering if it's possible to upload external images to your profile? I can only create images via the Civitai generator and upload those. I've learnt so much thanks to the generosity of the community and I'd like to share some other images I've created in my own offline system to give back. Any help would be hugely appreciated, thanks.
