How long it will take for Appeal review?

One of my published models has been taken down for alleged ToS violation. I've filed an appeal against an unfair decision of moderation team and am waiting for the result.

While I was filling out the form, I read a notice that it would take 5-7 business days to process. These days have passed and I still have not received an answer.

It is obvious that these deadlines are not respected. So anyone with actual experience can tell me how long it will take for them to actually review my appeal?

From my experience with waiting for an image review (similar thing happened, over a week passed), it seemed the civitai team never saw it, even after posting a question here. When I joined the civit discord and posted my issue in a help channel staff saw it and it was resolved in a couple of hours, so I would recommend the discord as they might not even see this lol.

I feel like they either are under heavy fire from a legal perspective or they have very trigger happy mods. Every image I post is "flagged for review". Including a full dressed, non sexualized armored woman, carring a plate of food.
