Why has no one trained andrewcockroach style yet????

I'll put it on my todo list, somewhere between "get it done now" and "get it done eventually".

There was probably no demand for that yet.

Most people only train models that interest them personally or that get commissioned. You can speed up the process by asking someone to train the model and by ideally providing a dataset to use. Although at that point you can make it yourself quite easily. There are a few guides and trainers using google collab.
