How do you upscale images?

I'm relatively new to CivitAI, and I saw that there was an option to upscale images, but it was greyed out. Do I need buzz to use it, or are there other requirements?

No, you just can't use it yet as it's an upcoming feature. Everyone has to wait for the activation.
