When you merge a trained model, what is it classified under: trained or merged?

There are lots of submitters here who are taking train models and merging and remixing them with other models.

And some of them are classifying these newly uploaded models as originally "trained."

Some people say that the trained classification is inherited. But if this is the case, The majority of models uploaded should be considered trained.

Can someone clarify this?
