Thumbnails are not showing?

I just uploaded a brand new model, fully functional, everything works however the thumbnail is not showing up on civit ai. I can't display images that you can create with it has anyone encountered this issue ? if so how do you fix it?

This seems to be working now. Sometimes there are site issues or maintenance which stop certain things from working every so often, and sometimes network issues prevent images from being uploaded correctly. It looks like this issue has resolved itself (or you fixed it!).
