How to avoid bad looking faces ?

As you can see the face looks really bad. With same model, same prompt, same settings, i can get (really not often) good results, but most of the time the face look like this, and it seems that it comes when its a full body standing pose shot. If you know a solution please help me. Thank you

That was done with the same prompt and settings, as you can see the quality is MUCH better than the previous one.

Hey! Stable Diffusion has trouble with medium range faces - some models handle it better, others worse. Make sure you're using a good VAE file, but you may need to do some inpainting to get good results at medium to long distances.
