How do I teach LoRA the mood, lighting, etc. of a photo?

Like the picture below, I want to make a lora that generates purple and blue light.

In my case, it didn't work well even though I adjusted the caption and studied with high-quality photos featuring different people.

What settings and techniques should I use when learning LoRA?

try to get many examples, around 50 or more, with that lighting and various different subjects. Tag them with descriptions and then train your lora normally on a base model that's similar to that macro style (realistic or anime or painting)
