How to get this image with ulzzang and paint v3?

as you might be able to guess from the title I am curious how to get the image attached with the use of dalcefo paint (or similar?) in combination with ulzzang in Stable Diffusion.

Since I am new to the topic of AI image creation I am kinda confused, so please be patient with me, sorry.

I have already tried the suggestions on the bottom, but nothing worked out.

have you tried using png info?
