LoRA from another creator removed. Can I reupload it?

It's nothing that would be a clear TOS reason, but rather just seems the person decided to up and leave great LORA's of fantasy races.

oO; I do'nt see why not - other than the fact if you KNOW where thy've uploaded it make sure you have either permission OR put a clause in that if they don't want it up that you're happy to remove it - <3
