I think it's because you have 2 tags, I've been trying to get uploads working but so far that's the only thing I can say for sure breaks it. I can't even upload a question without it giving a 404; not to mention there's now 2 ghost Lora's of mine kicking around. Stupid update kicked me out while uploading without a warning banner about maintenance, and they didn't even fix how tedious the process is.
