Can mods leave a "deleted because" message when removing things?

I've downloaded multiple loras that seem completely SFW, like double-exposure and photography filters, and when I come back to check the keywords later I find that they're no longer listed. Would it be possible to leave the page up and just remove the links/files/offending content? In extreme circumstances where it's a virus or was taken down for TOS reasons, just leaving a message saying that would let us know to get rid of it rather than assume that the creator has decided to hide it or leave.
