Civitai membership status pending?

I bought the tier member access so I could gain access to the new Lazymix here: https://civitai.com/models/10961/lazymix-real-amateur-nudes

but it still wont let me download and says I have to be a tier member even tho I already am. payment confirmed but my account status still says pending when I check it.

Any ideas?

I see your supporter badge on you user name, so you should have the status. Can you also check your content moderation settings in your account profile?

Otherwise I think it could be faster to ask the question on Civitai's discord (https://civitai.com/discord) or reddit (https://civitai.com/reddit)
