It might just be a checkpoint that looks like this out of the box. Perhaps you can try https://civitai.com/models/8437/ddosmix or https://civitai.com/models/6925/realdosmix. These come pretty close IMO
Alternatively you could try one of the many KoreanDoll LoRAs that are available.
