Sudden GPU utilization problem

I was using stable diffusion web ui as usually, untill suddenly it started to work much slower. I checked task manager and noticed what my GPU utilization spikes only around 30-40% instead of 90% as it was before. I tried to fix it by changing command line arguments in webui-user.bat and reinstalling the whole thing. It didn't work.
Please help !

32 gb ram
Gtx 1650 Super
