why can't download!!!pls fix this big disaster ok?

i think the connection of the resources is getting worse and worse.at first the web download dead.that fine i then moved to use the p2p downloader,but now i have to beg for luck to download on p2p downloader!the files always stop to download at the beginning,just download few mb!!!don't mention some files can't even download!!!!!!!!
