LoRA for Bad Quality and Grainy Images

Basically, I want Bad Quality Lora v1.0, but for SD 1.5.

Ideally, it should work with checkpoints like, Juggernaut, epiCRealism, and Divas, but it would be great if works with animation focused checkpoints, like Animatrix, as well.

I want to make photos that look as if they have been taken with an old phone camera. Resultant images should be noisy, grainy, and maybe a little blurry. Look at the attached images.
