Pro ComfyUI Workflow for Consistent Manga Character Design (Comic Project)

🎯 Bounty Goal:

Create a professional-grade ComfyUI workflow that allows us to:

• Upgrade and enhance the base designs of our GEN/100 characters.

• Maintain character design consistency across different outputs (angles, expressions, poses, outfit variations).

• Leverage a high-quality safetensor model with a mature, detailed art style (visual references: Death Note, Akira, Cowboy Bebop, Solo Leveling, Attack on titan — serious, realistic anime tone).

• Use the workflow later as a foundation for creating character-specific LoRAs.

✅ Workflow Requirements:

1. Input References:

   • Workflow should accept a base image or character sketch as reference.

   • The system must enhance or stylize the character while preserving their key features and identity.

2. Model / Safetensor:

   • The creator should suggest and integrate a high-fidelity model with detailed linework, realistic anatomy, and strong visual aesthetics — no generic anime style.

3. Character Consistency:

   • The workflow must allow consistent output for the same character across multiple generations: different angles, poses, outfits, and facial expressions.

   • Techniques such as ControlNet, reference image guidance, and/or Textual Inversion are encouraged.

4. LoRA-Friendly Setup:

   • The structure should make it easy to prepare training sets or use as a base for LoRA creation later on.

5. High-Resolution Output:

   • Output should be minimum 768x1152 or higher, with strong quality and detail suitable for comic production and official assets.

🧠 Project Context:

GEN/100 is a dystopian anime-style comic series with a serious tone and realistic aesthetic. Our characters already have initial designs, but we want to elevate them to match the professional visual standard of the project. This workflow will help us generate consistent assets, develop LoRAs, and visually define each character for the series.

Important Technical Note:

Please do not use nodes from comfyui-diffusers in the workflow, as they do not work in my current setup and cannot be executed.
The final workflow must be fully functional without requiring comfyui-diffusers or any package that depends on it.
