Marina Diamandis - Marina and The Diamonds

It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what you are not

Marina Lambrini Diamandis (37) is a Greek-Welsh eclectic pop singer with projects varying from Primadonna pop princess Electra Heart to mother nature herself in Ancient Dreams In A Modern Land. She has usually performed as "MARINA" and as "Marina and the Diamonds". With 5 albums and more than a decade performing, Marina has had many artistic aesthetics and personal looks. This Lora includes the full spectrum AND you might be able to draw out the exact era you want.

This is my third and probably best iteration of a Marina Lora and I am happy now to share, but there are good and bad things with this version.

You may be good looking but you're not a piece of art

Good:

• I have put (some) age tags on the source data. Marina is a public figure since around 2008, so I have tagged at 25yo, 30yo and 35yo. I didn't go more detailed than that.

• I have put tags on looks from various music videos and from eras. So if you want Marina from Heartbreaker, try prompting "Marina_MATD, Marina Heartbreaker"

• I have desperately tried to train it to add Electra Heart's heart tattoo/makeup. I have tagged every source image that had it with "heart tattoo" and "Marina_ElectraHeart".

Bad:

• Photon, my preferred checkpoint, really likes how Marina looks in shiny tight clothes. Ok? She wears them all the time, and looks good in them, but in Photon in particular, I seem to have to negative prompt it to death to not put her in a latex-style jumpsuit or dress. I didn't know AI models could have fetishes.

• Marina is... gifted in the upper body region. That, or she has incredibly well chosen bras. Either way, most realistic checkpoints will take that, run with it, and sometimes give her GIGANTIC BAZOOMS. Again, if you want something more modest, you have to fight the prompts. On the other hand, it's not like Marina is modest, but it does get unrealistic if unchecked.

• In trying to add the Electra Heart facial tattoo, I haven't been that successful. In fact, a lot of the time you might have to add "mole" or "facial mark" to the negative prompt to ensure checkpoints don't add unwanted... those. I plan to actually make an 'inpainting' version so that you can manually add the heart tattoo if desired... but I'll have to duplicate the source images, crop one version down to just the tattooos, edit the other images to remove the heart tattoo. If anyone has any suggestions for a smarter way of doing this, let me know!
