The history is pretty simple. I love Adelaide Kane and wanted to create images with her perfect and divine face. So I learned to create embeddings since I didn't have knowledge of creating Lora's. I was blown away by the likeness up until I create the Lora. Now, I'm not so impressed but its still incredibly useful for character generation.

I can't say there is a best way to use this embedding. It's really preference. I'll state my preference though.
