This works very nicely, very cute girl ^_^ style felt good for me even without using retro artstyle keywords and the character looks accurately. On weight 0.8 occasionally her parted bangs got replaced with regular bangs, but honestly I haven't even noticed until later and it mostly just happened because of hats probably. Good work!
