Hand up calling out/shouting

A Lora to give you a person with their hand next to their mouth as if they were shouting.

I had tried to make an image with prompts of a character calling out to someone, but I couldn't do it so I wanted to make a Lora for it.

You can ever go with 'one hand up' or 'two hands up'.
