more samplers, better SDE control, support for refining (intermediate model switching), default parameters that kick ass.

MiniDonut v5

Implemented PAG with controls that try to counteract burned images.Added mouth+eye detailers.Tonemap noise test, for using higher CFGs without getting burned images. Also rescale CFG but that's off by default.

MiniDonut v4

Unfucked the faces.got rid of some unnecessary stuff.Currently I recommend using the endgame model with bigasp clip. it is set up by default like that so you just need to download the models and load them into the checkpoint loaders, or use your own model, up to you.
